These include street, bikeway, drainage, water, and sanitary sewer improvements as required by the development review process, city ordinance, and other city policies adopted by the city council. These standards shall apply to all improvements within the public right-of-way, to all improvements required within the proposed public right-of-way of new subdivisions, for all improvements intended for maintenance by the city, and for all other improvements for which the city code requires approval of the city engineer or designee.
